Albanian Skills – The National Association of Skills Competitions is an innovative skills development and promotion platform based in Albania. The association is dedicated to non-formal and informal lifelong learning (LLL), promoting digital literacy, green transition initiatives, and mediating quality employment opportunities for youth.
As a key player in European VET mobility, Albanian Skills acts as both a sending and hosting organization for VET students and staff between Albania and EU countries, while also facilitating career guidance services across local municipalities in partnership with the private sector.

National Skills Competitions: Organizer of seven consecutive editions of the Albanian National Skills Competitions, showcasing youth talent across industry, agriculture, tourism, and IT sectors.

Albanian Skills Week: Host of the annual national skills week (established in 2018 under the European Vocational Skills Week framework), featuring training seminars, corporate open days, and technology exhibitions.

Career Office Facilitation & Guidance: Establishment of local career offices, "Career Days," and "Career Academies" in remote municipalities to provide career mentoring and guidance.

VET Mobility & International Cooperation: Facilitating reciprocal exchange programs for VET students and educators while fostering partnerships between global, European, and local institutions.
