Hosting Organisation Description

The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) was inaugurated during the 2004–2005 academic year. Today, it hosts approximately 2,000 students from 56 countries and employs over 200 full-time faculty and staff members from more than 22 countries.

As part of its commitment to regional academic development and its lifelong learning ethos, the university established the IUS Life – Lifelong Learning Center. The center leverages IUS's extensive expertise to enhance the local workforce and support the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina through vocational training, personal development, language instruction, digital literacy, and professional certification programs.

Job Shadowing & Professional Development Focus:

Guest educators participating in IUS Life job shadowing programs can access targeted teacher training modules and cultural immersion experiences, including:
