Mobility program description

This job shadowing programme focuses on the Malaysian VET system, College–Industry Cooperation and Work-Based Learning. Participants will explore how the college maintains strong links with the labour market through its parent company, a socially responsible logistics company committed to local employment, sustainable infrastructure and community engagement. The programme includes an institutional presentation, campus tour, meetings with management and academic staff, guest lectures or workshops with students, an industry visit and education tourism. Participants will exchange good practices, explore future collaboration opportunities and gain practical insight into how close college–industry cooperation can support relevant, inclusive and employment-oriented VET education.
