Available Professional Development Courses:

Inclusion: Strengthens participants' ability to recognize and reduce gender stereotypes and discrimination, promoting the appreciation of differences across guidance interviews, communications, and assessments to build fully inclusive school environments.
Digitalisation: Focuses on Media and Information Literacy (MIL) by guiding participants to create media products like podcasts, videos, photography, and social campaigns while addressing topics such as hate speech and the media representation of women, gender, and migrants.
EU Project Cycle Management: Covers essential PCM principles, management activities, and decision-making tools for successful project planning, equipping educators to build and implement results-oriented projects with clear objectives and structured actions.
No Hate: A three-day course addressing online hate speech targeted at migrants and refugees. As a local coordinator for the Council of Europe's "No Hate Speech Movement," FORMA.Azione equips educators to mobilize youth, promote human rights, and denounce online hate.
Participatory Practices – Peer Review: Introduces the European Peer Review evaluation methodology—combining self and external assessments—to train educators to act as peers and critical friends supporting continuous quality improvement in VET and adult learning institutions.
Identifying Life Skills: Utilizes an innovative model to help teachers identify, assess, and integrate transversal life skills into their curricula while fostering international stakeholder engagement and cross-border knowledge sharing.
