In 2023, Uniser set up Global VET Mobility Criteria to start cooperation in extra-EU countries that are:
- Safe and stable
- Economically affordable
- Characterized by vocational excellence
- Rich in cultural and professional relevance
China emerged as fully meeting all criteria, leading to a structured cooperation. Following an exploratory visit in 2024 and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with a national VET school network, the first teacher mobilities were piloted in November 2025, achieving excellent results: an average teacher satisfaction rating of 4.7/5 and a 100% recommendation rate among participants.
