Hosting Organisation Description

Talland College is an institute for vocational education located in the province of North Holland. We train young people from the age of 16 in a wide variety of professions, ranging from baker to nurse and from carpenter to software developer.

We offer 130 vocational courses across technology, trade & services, healthcare, social care, sports & activities, and economics. Our programs are available at EQF levels 1 to 4 through both school-based and work-based pathways.

Talland College employs 1,300 staff members and serves approximately 12,000 students across campuses in Alkmaar, Heerhugowaard, Hoorn, and Purmerend. Conveniently located near the coast, the IJsselmeer, and Amsterdam, our surrounding region offers rich cultural and outdoor activities for visiting guests and partners.

Mobility program description

Talland College offers more than 130 education that are open for job shadowing. It ensures you have contact with several classes with different teachers with international experience. Company visits and a cultural trip are also included in the program.
